内容简介:

近些年,在电动汽车、空调系统、航空工业等多个领域的工程应用中,具有新型结构的高效、轻质、紧凑型换热器得到了越来越多的关注。由于制造加工技术的快速发展,多种周期性的多孔骨架结构可以被加工制造。因此,本文对强制对流下等温加热的一系列的不同格芯夹层结构展开了系统的三维数值计算研究。通过对其传热性能进行评估,基于这些传统的结构,提出了一个新型的结构,这种结构由使得相比于传统的换热器,在相同泵功率下获得更高的传热效率。

Introduction:

In many of recent engineering applications in electric vehicle industries, air-conditioning systems and aircraft industries, there is a great demand for novel structures of high heat transfer performance with low density and high specific surface area. Due to a recent advance in manufacturing metal structures, various periodic lattice frame structures can be fabricated for compact heat exchangers. Thus, 3D numerical experiment has been conducted to systematically investigate forced convection in a series of isothermally heated sandwich core structures. Heat transfer performance evaluation made on these conventional structures has led to propose a new structure, “windward bend structure”, in which the columns of the lattices are bended in the windward direction and placed in a staggered array. This novel structure makes it possible to achieve high levels of heat transfer performance under equal pumping power constraint.

报告人简介

中山显教授是日本静岡大学工学部名誉教授。1981年在美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校获得博士学位后,加入到了日本静冈大学。在过去的5年中,中山显教授担任了静岡大学工学部副部长。他的研究涉及到热工程领域中的多个学科,包括自然对流、强制对流、湍流模型、生物传热、气体动力学以及多孔介质传热传质。截止目前,发表了期刊论文300多篇,出版了6部教材和11本专著。获得了包括日本机械工程师协会热工学部门杰出研究功绩奖、ASME最佳论文奖等在内的众多奖项。

Speaker’s Biography

Akira Nakayama is Professor Emeritus of Mechanical Engineering, Shizuoka University, Japan. He received his PhD in 1981 from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, U.S.A... he joined the faculty of Shizuoka University. For the past five years, he served as a Vice Head of Hamamatsu campus of Shizuoka University. His research activity covers various thermal engineering areas such as free convection, forced convection, turbulence modeling, bioheat transfer, gas dynamics and heat and mass transfer in porous media. He published more than 300 journal publications, 6 books and 11 monographs, received a number of awards from both ASME and JSME.
